What a lovely stay. We had only booked for 1 night but the host messaged me to say our room was ready earlier than the check in time and to arrive when we were ready. They also messaged me a few weeks before to say a second night had come free if I wished to extend my stay. This was very kind. The hosts are so friendly and kind and went out of their way to show us around. There is a small gym and a sauna which was a bonus. The pool is well kept and larger than I thought. I would return again. The apartment was large and our beds were comfortable. A well equipped kitchen too with extra towels for the pool/beach. Free parking on site too and a lovely typical Portuguese restaurant within 5 minute walk that was delicious and not expensive.

Excellent breakfast daily, as eggs cooked fresh on my arrival, with a range of goods, beautiful fresh rolls and croissants, cheeses, ham, juices, fresh fruit, coffee etc, absolutely beautiful, and served poolside, I really loved it.

The property was absolutely beautiful!! The location was great and it felt like we were in a paradise hotel. It has a nice pool, beautiful greenery, many beach chairs, a bar, etc. Our room was clean and very spacious and it was never too loud! Christine (the owner of the Casa) was so accommodating and such a nice lady. She was extremely helpful and gave us really good recommendations!

Great value studio on the top floor. Perfect for my needs and the break I had in mind. Compact apartment - but with all the necessary facilities for a lovely stay (well equipped kitchenette, terrace with a beautiful view - and a small but clean bathroom) Really helpful, kind and engaging hosts. Getting around: the property is also well located for the train station at Ferreiras (to Faro, Lagos, Portimao & Silves, locally - and - there are even trains to Lisbon & Porto. It’s just a very limited (if inexpensive) service) There are also plentiful and reasonably priced Uber/Bolt taxis and hourly local busses in the neighbourhood - as well as restaurants & a big supermarket in walking distance. I walked a lot but that might not be for everyone. Breakfast by the pool was nice - as was the tranquil atmosphere and the birdsong from the well-maintained gardens.

Truly Loved the beautiful relaxing atmosphere at Casa Areias and the hosts lakshmi and Nihad were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and great company if you just wanted to hang out at the bar and chat. And they make excellent cocktails too! 10 minutes drive to the strip/old town. We will definitely come back!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one week and enjoyed every bit of it! Starting with the great breakfast by the pool and one of the best omelettes I have ever had (which is made fresh and individually every morning!) The service provided by the managers could not have been better, as they always try their best to make your stay as good as possible. The property has so many activities to offer, such as a tennis court, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an actua swimmingl pool and even a Sauna! You can also use the shared bbq area, which looked great! Luckily, it's located outside of Albufeira main area, so one can escape the noise and calm down in this beatiful and quite place, that feels like paradise! Thanks so much for everything, it was a pleasure staying there!!

The couple who own the apartments are amazing and such lovely people. They made the whole experience brilliant from the get go. They couldn’t do more to make our stay comfortable! The apartments themselves are lovely and clean, complete with a beautiful pool and nice bar. Breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning, thank you guys 🥰
