The property was in the perfect location to explore Sintra…… center of the historic town! The room was exactly as pictured and extremely clean as well as comfortable. The people at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect in every way

Breakfast was decent with quite a few choices e.g. cereals, cheese, buns, boiled eggs, muffins, egg tarts, fruit etc. Also liked that there were coffee machines to make fresh coffee and plentiful supply of items to eat. There is also a grocery store 2 min walk from the hotel.

Amazing location and really wanted to return but the black mould on the walls and curtain was so bad. After pointing it out and ask n for it to be sorted .. nothing was done. And reception played the pass the buck card .
So black mould n the room both is a health risk and should be avoided at all cost to health
Unfortunately had to ask for the complaints book in the hope the manager will sort it out and nobody else will have a holiday ruined buy this very unacceptable issue .
