Welcome to Boavista Eco-luxury House. It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we look forward to your visit. The house is full of curiosities and stories to tell. Full of ecological decorative details to make you feel transported to another time but with the freshness of modern times. We provide a very exclusive service, and are very glad to provide a personal service to our 2 special master suites, with permanent availability to provide everything you need. It is a typical Porto House of other times, with the tradicional skylight, opulent interiors and a very special and big garden. All the reconstruction was made under a sustainable concept were the challenge was to re-use everything as possible, with the lower impact on energy consumption, keeping the original elegance of the house. This transformed this house in one of the most ecological and elegant houses in an urban context in Portugal, if we consider that even the restaurant in the house is Vegan and vegetarian! A single visit will not be enough to appreciate all the details of decoration. Thank you for visiting us.
We are a young couple, architects, lovers of art and beautiful things, old buildings and history, parents of 3 wonderful children who inspired the name of our suites Gabriel, Romeu and Victoria. All the space was thought and designed by the owners, Victor Rodrigues and Eduarda Castro. Victor Rodrigues, with 46 years old, is the restaurant director and Chef. He is Vegetarian at 25 years and the restaurant is an old dream from the times when he was a Yoga instructor. The project was born when he met Eduarda, an architect. She is 38 years old, and works on this dream almost since she met him. Together they study the best way to conceive this "food and space" project at about 8 years, working to find more beautiful and sustainable ways of living.
Av. Da Boavista is the longest and most important artery that crosses the city of Porto along 6 Km from Rtda. Mousinho de Albuquerque to the Beach in the City Park, next to the Cheese Castle. The nearest place of interest is the fabulous "Casa da Música", a mere 2 min walk away, the "Serralves" Museum of contemporary art, one of the most important in Europe, about 30 min walk or 5 min transport. 200 m / 2 min walk, shopping areas with 4 shopping malls for shopping 5 min walk on Boavista All city sightseeing tour pass at the door for quick access to the most interesting places of Porto such as the Historic Zone Caves and evidence Of Wine, Tours of tourist boat in Douro vineyard.
