What was not to like?! We were a group of 8 mostly older ladies who need their comfort. They found it. Everyone loved the place. It’s great there were plenty of options in terms of single bedding and double beds. We had plenty of space to lounge around and hang out. Location location location. Couldn’t have been better placed. Elevator! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our contact Tomas was very responsive and helpful providing us with walking itineraries and food suggestions. Everyone agreed it was an address to remember for future visits.

Downtown Lisbon, known as the Baixa, often called the heart of the city, stretches from the riverfront on the banks of the Tagus River to Avenida da Liberdade. The Baixa forms a vital link between the waters of the Tagus River and the many neighbourhoods that rise away from its banks. This cosy apartment is perfectly located in Lisbon’s historical centre. In this downtown neighbourhood you can find everything, from the traditional handcraft shop, to top tier fashion brands for shopping, luxury and traditional restaurants, bars, cafes, theatres and many other interesting places. Just around the corner you have the “Praça do Comércio”, the biggest and most famous square in Lisbon where you can face the river and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Rua Augusta, one of the main shopping streets, is 50 meters from your door. From the apartment you can walk to the fantastic São Jorge Castle, the Cathedral, or just walk to the riverside and enjoy a sunny day. You can walk to Chiado and Bairro Alto and enjoy the great nightlife of Lisbon. This nice and secure neighbourhood offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern times, and the best is that you can go everywhere by foot.
