Cute and quaint with tons of window light. The couch was comfy and the balcony from our room gave us private access to a (very quiet and pretty) courtyard. The staff was so friendly and willing to offer to help us with anything we needed and stored our bags for almost the whole day after we checked out. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a cute little market across the street so we had the food we needed. The beds were comfy as well and everything was clean and tidy. The bookshelf had interesting books to look through and the Wifi worked pretty well.

A large quiet room in a large quiet room overlooking the city with a well maintained garden. Transport, busses and metro are close by. Taxis are easily available and reasonable.

Nice sized apartment with all the facilities needed. Beautiful garden that provided shadow on a hot day. Located close to buses, Metro, restaurants, and convenient shops. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Tina planned and booked a great trip for us to a vineyard in the North, which was one of the best day of our trip. 😀

Lovely hosts. Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Lots of space (although still being a studio) and very modern room. Nice garden and nice vibes. Also, across the street is a parking lot that is part of a garage with very friendly and helpful people. Plus supermarket is right around the corner.

Beautifully designed, clean apartment with all the amenities we could need. The location is great, right opposite two cafes and very close to a mini supermarket. Plus it’s not a gar walk from the city centre, you also get easy access to the metro and a cheap cab ride to take you anywhere. the gardens at the property are lovely and perfect to sit and have a morning coffee while enjoying the sun. They even provided us with a book containing all sorts of recommendations for sure seeing, restate and more which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again :)

Great apartment Emmerico with the balcony, views of the garden with its stunning tree. The location of Baumhaus is exceptional we walked everywhere. If you need a bus it’s just outside the apartment and the metro one block away. We loved it so much here and hope to be back. Daniela is such a helpful host. Thank you!

Riesiges Zimmer mit historischer und wunderbar professionell aufgearbeiteter Stuckdecke, sehr professionell und mit gutem Blick für Materialien und historischen Bestand ausgeführte hochwertige Sanierung. Ausbau mit individuellen Detaillösungen. Geschmackvoll ausgesuchtes Mobiliar. Bett und Schlafsofa: super bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch tolle und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Alles war in einem Top-Zustand, so dass man meinen könnte, wir sind die ersten Gäste, die hier übernachten. Das Wetter hat es - wir waren im Oktober in Porto - nur einmal zugelassen, dass wir den schönen Garten genießen konnten. Die Gastgeberinnen sind viel vor Ort, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben sich um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Danke für eine schöne Woche in dieser tollen Unterkunft!
