A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War II. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.
Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.
Other cultural features are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.
Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centers than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.
Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.
Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do.
Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do. This is but one of many trips we've taken to Warsaw and will not be our last. Take the time to do your research and you can find amazing things that the typical tourist doesn't get to experience. Also make sure to double check your visit against the City's schedule of events so that you can take part in something unique or plan your trip to avoid traffic and large crowds, whatever your cup of tea is.

I love Warsaw, been many times since 1991 so seen a lot of changes. Great nightlife, culture, shopping, and wide streets. Street cafes and restaurants to watch the world go by. One of the best thing about Warsaw is the transport system, always on time, regular services and very reasonably priced. We dispensed with a car quite a few years ago and haven't found anywhere that that we can't get to on bus, tram, metro or train and no need to worry about finding somewhere to park or impatient drivers 😉. Loved it so much that we bought an apartment on NowySwiat in 2004, sadly sold it now and look forward to exploring more of Poland in the next few years.

Warsaw impressed me - a great selection of eateries.
Warsaw impressed me - a great selection of eateries. Impressive modern and old buildings in the centre. Lots of lovely parks. A reliable and cheap integrated transport service. Increasingly multi-cultural, with many foreign faces visiting and/or living in the capital. It is a bit of a lottery whether shopkeepers and railway ticket office staff are friendly or off-hand; but either way, it is manageable. Old town is great.

I loved walking around Old Town and New Town.
I loved walking around Old Town and New Town. The Polish people I've met have some kind of dry humor, but I loved it! They were very warm and friendly. I loved that it's not too busy, too. Just the right amount of travelers when I visited. I definitely loved the food too! I would recommend Warsaw especially for those who do not like a very busy town/city. Just walking around, and enjoying meeting new people, and trying out the best of their food!

Warsaw is a vibrant city that is constantly underrated.
Warsaw is a vibrant city that is constantly underrated. Having visited all major cities in Poland and many others in Europe, I have always fallen in love with Warszawa and everything it can offer: a new town with a beautiful skyline and an amazing Pałac Kultury i Nauki, a small but pretty old town, a huge quantity of parks (visit Łazienki Królewskie!) and countless options for museums, shopping, eating, drinking and partying.
Accomodation Is located in quiet location near children's hospital. For the price and providing services, it is pay off to travel here from the city (even across whole city from the airport), especially when you planned to get to know better Warsaw. Nearby is bus stop with the connection to the city center and you can also easily go by direct bus to Wilanow palaces. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel personal was kind and helpful with the checking in and out. As another bonus I can highlight the option to check out even till 3 pm
The breakfast was exceptional, we loved it, very hard to find a better breakfast at a hotel. Location was very good. Warsaws main train station only a short walk. Tram stop to Old Town directly out front of Hotel. There was a gym on the 31st floor (came with the room cost), that offered a fantastic view of Warsaw and a Sauna as well . Hotel was very clean and well staffed. There was also an incredible Restaurant around the corner about 200mt from the hotel, that had the best Polish food.
The hotel has all the minimum requirements: clean, easy access and well known brand. There are tram and bus stop nearby the hotel. Warsaw is bike-friendly city and there are bike stations everywhere, one of them is next to the hotel. The hotel locates 1.5 km away from the Old Town Square. You can either walk or ride a bike for free (first 20 minutes for free). Never tried the breakfast but there are many options including market and cafes nearby.
The room is modern, high quality, and very comfortable. We took lots of pictures. It looked so good with mood lighting. Beds were big and comfortable. The location is very close to main train station which we needed next day. Breakfast (which was NOT included) was very good. However, I am spoiled because hotels in Poland (with breakfast already included) are just as good.
As it is in the capital of Poland, prices are much higher than in other cities. Other than that it was ok to stay in that place, as our main target was the concert, we only slept at the hotel and that's it. It was clean and comfortable. Location is better for business visiting and if you are looking for hotel nearby airport(10mins by car)
We've stayed with PURO Hotels several times in other cities now and love the overall styling and attention to detail throughout the rooms and hotel in general. Super comfy bed, amazing shower and toiletries. Location is ideal for wandering into the Old Town and within walking distance of some of Warsaw's best areas for food and drink.
When you go to Warsaw, Poland this is the place you got to live at it's cheap and close to the airport, the staff is friendly and helpful they agreed to keep my bags with them for 14 days as I was leaving Warsaw for two weeks. The rooms are spacious and comfortably clean. Two showers and one toilet. Thanks guys had a great time
The hotel is not too far from the old town but definitely far to reach as we arrived from Warsaw Central station. The room was good and clean and the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided.
The bathroom was clean and body soap provided. The staff was helpful and allow us to hold our luggage after check out.
I had great time there, The stuff was amazing, they upgraded my room as there was availability and also when i requested for late check in, they did their best to accomodate my request. The hotel was just perfect. Definitely i recommend it and if i visit Poland again, i will definitely stay in this hotel!
Great location, kind and helpful staff. This was our splurge hotel on the last night of a whirlwind trip. The hotel is located across from the tomb of the unknown soldiers and beautiful gardens and so close to old town Warsaw. It was an easy bus ride from the airport and plush accommodations.
nice hotel ,good parking (as i have IHG membership then i got 50% discount from parking), not far from A2 highway. if need to stay in warsaw then will book same hotel again,
breakfast was by international standard and it was better than in normal Poland hotel.
Thank you for the good time in Warsaw. Hotel with excellent location for walking to the center of the city for tourists. Accommodation usual, room service also good for this type of hotel. We can advise this hotel for the transit & for the trip to Poland.
Close to the airport and the breakfast is the most varied we’ve had in Poland. Parking out the front or if you want to pay then there is in hotel parking. Restaurant in the hotel or there are a few others in walking distance from the hotel.
Ibis is my fav brand of hotels in Poland. However ibis Styles Warszawa Airport exceeded my expectations. Free transfer to the airport, super-friendly receptionist, nice design, and delicious and diverse food for breakfast
Wow -- you walk out of the hotel and you are right in the middle of old town! The location is amazing. And the room has tons of character. The staff is professional and helpful. This is a great place to stay to see Warsaw.
The hotel is located in a new business area of Warsaw, being easily accessible to the old town and the airport. The loom is a big enough for two persons. Considering the price, this is a great place to stay.
Highly recommended. Excellent bar. Good prices. Poland still is cheaper than other european countries. The location is perfect, close to old town. Nice decoration in lobby, bar and rooms. Good firm pillows.
Luxurious hotel for a decent price. Great location, walking distance to old town. Superb breakfast. Polite and welcoming staff, made late checkout a breeze and provided a taxi to the airport. Fast WiFi.
I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for the best place to explore the old town and some of attractions of the city, with comfortable rooms, friendly and professional staff.
excellent Breakfast, Taxi service via Hotel is much better as Taxi in city center Warsaw,
its not a classic "Airport Hotel" but still near to Airport - and also to City Center
