Zarówno pokój jak i obiekt bardzo czysty i komfortowy, widać że właściciele o to dbają. Jest wyposażona kuchnia i mikrofala. Nie ma problemu z zameldowaniem, bardzo jasne instrukcje :) Bardzo blisko na przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. Około 10/15 minut piechotą do większych sklepów spożywczych. Jedyne czego trochę mi brakowało to gniazdka bliżej łóżka (lub np. dostępu do przedłużacza) do podłączenia ładowarki /laptopa. Podsumowując - bardzo polecam :)
