Staff was helpful and supportive. When arriving in our room to find no air conditioning and poor airflow we were told at reception the next day they would help to move us to another room. When finding another room the next day but still feeling extremely underwhelmed and disappointed — the staff was helpful in waiving the cancellation fees and enabling us to cancel the final two nights of our stay.

If you travelling through Poland, Uniejow is a great place tasty on the way and enjoy the Therms. Really nice especially during the hot summer, even if you wanna stop by for a quick refreshing swim in nice warm waters. We stayed couple nights and it was very pleasant. The thermal baths get crowded so if you are staying in a local hotel better go early. The sauna and steam area upstairs is more relaxing as it is access from 13 y.o. There is a beautiful castle and great forest walks with lovely views of nature. Visit the Aqua restaurant in the Aparthotel the food is exceptional and the prices are reasonable.StephenPoland

The hotel is great and very new and the location was just perfect for us. The nice forest is close for the daily walk and also the hot springs are just a short walk over the bridge and great. We also very liked that the tickets for the hot springs (2.5 hour per day) are included in the room rental. I could add good stuff over and over but very short: we surely will go there again and again ;-)

This appartment is better equipped than my own back home. It is quiet, most comfortable, absolutely clean and offers free WiFi as well. The host surprised me with some homemade cake (delicious) and a bottle of local wine (I was unaware that someone in the region actually makes wine). I am sure it is better form a family's point of view. I was not happy with my stay in general mainly because I am looking for peace and rest, and this place is a bee house of activities. There are waterpark, churches and 3 hotels and hundreds of people on the area.
