The apartment is close to Warsaw Chopin Airport. It is ideal for a couple, a family with children, as well as business travelers. Whole apartment is at your disposal. An open kitchen with living room, bedroom, and bathroom. 36m2 will accomodate 4 adults. The living room area can be adjusted to your needs. An open sofa can serve as a double bed (Yes! It is quite comfortable, especially with a top materace that I provide). There is a table should you need space for work. There is also a balcony where you can relax. What my be important for my female guests instead of a shower there is a bathtub.
I am a positive person, I like meeting people and sharing economy is now the topic of my interest. Apart from short-term rental, I teach English, I am an Uber driver and when I drive longer distances I take passengers from Blablacar.
Chopin Airport 7-10 minutes by car Shops Shops available around the residential area: Żabka Stokrotka Fresh Market You will also find these around: bakery, vegetable shop, ice-cream joint, hairdresser, beautician, deentist, pharmacy, office supplies shop, dry-cleaning, ticket machine, cash machine. Restaurants and cafeterias Menu Bistro Restaurant Queen Kebab Pizzeria “stopiątka” 1-0-5 Bearded Coffe “Grzybki” Bakery All available within 5 minutes walk. There is also a pizzeria called “Fabryka Kręcenia Pizzą”, aka “Pizza by night” that is open until 4a.m. but I do not recommend… 😉 Shopping mall, discount shops, hipermarkets Biedronka – 3 minutes by car Galeria Mokotów – 5 minutes by car Lidl – 6 minutes by car OBI – 10 minutes by car Auchan – 10 minutes by car Leisure Służewiec Horse Race Track with horse ridding school (also for children) – 5 minutes by car. Cinema City – 5 minutes by car. PoleczkiGym – 10 minutes walk. Around our residential area there is also a lake, 4 children playgrounds and a grill spot.
