The brand new apartment is located in a newly renovated tenement house at Więckowskiego 40, street. The space is arranged as an open space with preservation of zones for comfortable being. A stylish living room, a kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms allowing for accommodation for 4 adults were separated. The flat is located on the first floor with a window to the courtyard. This is ideal place for silence in the city center. Arrangement maintained in the atmosphere of factory Lodz with all facilities for spending free time after work, study or tourism. Our guests receive FREE: coffee, tea and a set of towels. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave and fridge. A comfortable bathroom with a shower and an available washing machine. The living room is equipped with a living room set for 4 people, a 40-inch TV and WI-FI internet without restrictions. Meals can be eaten at the dining table. The first bedroom with a double bed 160x200 (or two 80x200) and the second bedroom with the 2 beds 80x200.
These is our first step in the hotel industry. Being a client of apartments in various corners of the world, together with my wife Magdalena (Madelaine), we decided to try the industry ourselves. We’d like to provide our guests with comfortable conditions for relaxing outside the home. We will be happy to talk to you in two languages: Polish and English and we will talk about Lodz, customs and places that you must see.
A stylish tenement house renovated in the atmosphere of factory Lodz. Quiet neighborhood with a wide artery that gives the impression that we are in a residential center of a European city. In the immediate vicinity there is a museum and a school. We are flexible in the case of a request for early check-in and late check-out depending on the available options (time to prepare the Apartment before the next guest arrives). The apartment is located in the center of Łódź. Piotrkowska Street is located 600m from the building, while Manufaktura is about 550m. There are many clubs, cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Not far away is the Theater, Entertainment Center, cinema and more. There is a university nearby - the Academy of Music.
