Location is perfect for arrivals/departures by bus, train and also by plane (bus stop for the airport bus is right outside the hotel). Hotel is very modern (but decent). Our room was on the 4th floor so we had an incredible view. I like the steps management is taking to protect environment. Breakfast was very good. We also enjoyed eating in The Czary Mary restaurant.

Premium hotel, very close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally helpful. There was a great underground parking, which is a really rare find in this part of the city. We saw many hotels much worse, that costed more and had worse location and no parking, for the same dates. The room is large, clean and premium looking with large comfortable bed, smart TV, blackout curtains and what not.

Make sure to visit the Ostrow Tumski, known also as the Cathedral Island, featuring the impressive Wroclaw Cathedral from the mid-10th century and romantic cobblestone streets with oil lamps hand-lit every night. Or visit a famous 360-degree view painting of the Battle of Raclawice - the Raclawice Panorama.
For a breath of fresh air, take a walk in the Szczytnicki Park where the famous Japanese Garden, a remainder from the World Expo held in Wroclaw in 1913, awaits you with its contemplative and quiet atmosphere. The weather was very warm. We used Bolt app to travel out side the city. Very cheap and efficient. Beautiful places to visit in the city. We found the people unfriendly and very little had English. It's recommended to bring cash but every where we went they didn't have change. There was no customer service or eye contact made with us. It's not well sign posted and everything is in Polish. We would be totally lost without Google maps. It doesn't cater for tourists

There are many young people in the city, pretty old town, there are many things to see, and delicious food to try. We have tried local food in Konspira, it was delicious and authentic. And we were in one of the best rated escape room in the world - Exit19 "Abandoned Hotel". It was an amazing experience!

Coming to Wroclaw for a big project meeting and leaving with many fond memories of the city and our hosts. Exploring the city with a guided tour, was a good way to learn about a friendly welcoming town and its rich history, and it was a great way to learn about Polish cuisine as well.
The city had a relaxed atmosphere on a warm almost summery day in April, and offered many sights to explore and learn more about.

It is a lovely city with nice people.
It is a lovely city with nice people. I especially liked that they have a lot of options for people with food constraints (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian - all available) both at the restaurants as well as the supermarkets.
It is just lovely to walk around the old town and even towards the Zoo/Centennial Hall. You can also take a day trip or two from Wroclaw, to see some more of Poland but even if you just stay in the city, there is a lot to see for 2-3 days in a relaxed pace. The public transport is excellent with payment being done cashlessly onboard the trams/buses on the tickey machines. So you don't have to worry about changing money if you are coming from outside of Poland. But please be aware that this cashless mode on public transport is only true for Wroclaw. So if you go for day-trips outside, it would be good to have a few zlotys if you want to use the public transport.

We only came for two days as we came to watch a football match! Choice of the hotel & its location was excellent. Everything was good 👍
Stary Młyn restaurant in the square was excellent ! As we only came for 2 days we planned well what we could see & visit. Wroclaw is lovely & you probably need about 5 days to see a lot more. We will be back probably for speedway (Sparta Wroclaw) & WKS Slask Wroclaw play a league basketball match in hala Stulecia.
This was my second stay and was just as good as the first time. Due to a flight delay I arrived at 1 30am but this wasn't a problem, I was greeted by 2 very friendly and efficient staff members and had a very speedy check in. I had a single room this time and I found it perfect in every way. It was spacious for 1 person, extremely cosy and very quiet. This hotel has a wonderful location, walking distance to everything you need, including the Old Town. Staff are exceptional and offer the highest customer service you could ever need.
Excellent location in relation to airport and the main road network for our onward travel in Poland.
Very efficient and friendly staff in reception in restaurant and in breakfast room.
The room was very comfortable with all equipment needed even for a long stay.
We had a meal in the hotel restaurant served by very friendly and knowledgeable staff who recommended dishes and drinks to our likings.
The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we had in a long time. The breakfast staff was very attentive.
The hotel is perfect for Wroclaw city centre, it was 9 mins to walk to the 'rynek' market square where all the energy stems from for bars, restaurants, shops. The herbal hotel has such wonderful staff who insisted on speaking English, and my word what beautiful English they spoke! The hotel is so clean, lots of light flooring and decor so full respect to the house keepers for making it the best hotel in Wroclaw. Try their breakfast buffet - fabulous and only 45zl / £9.50
The value for the price is good. The location is great for a family with kids and a dog - the park (also with a playground) is just outside! 15 min picturesque walk to the main square in old town. Plenty of free parking spots available in front of the hotel. The breakfast was not that much of a variety, but bakery items were delicious and coffee and fruits were available all day, not only during breakfast time. The staff was very friendly.
Amazing location. Christmas markets 10 minutes walking distance, Airport 25 minute drive, Cathedral island 10 minutes walk. Shopping mall just across the road. Bus stop right across the road. Great breakfast, not the best variety but good enough with hot and cold options. Bread being baked throughout the service. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely book the same place again when visiting Wroclaw
Amazing hotel in the centre, close to the Old Town. The hotel is very modern and has everything you need in the room. The staff were very helpful and polite. Make sure to check out the seating area on the top floor in good weather to see the city's sights and the relaxing loungers in the spa section.
Highly recommend a lovely Ceres drink at the craft bar brought to you in a perfume bottle 🥰
The location is great, near the city centre and old town. McDonald is located right next to the property. Minimart is at the entrance. Tram is right in front of the building. The air conditioning is the best for summer equipped in both living area and bed room. The wifi is excellent speed and all equipment is clean with many spare pillow and others.
On a street away from the noise of old town, the hotel has an air if regality and comfort. The staff are always willing to help, offering information about the surrounding area and the hotel facilities. With a bar and restaurant on the property, it's the perfect place for a short escape.
Everything was good, staff place , room was like a new . Hotel location was perfect , very close to Market Square. Staff was very helpfull as i requested some things like Iron and stuff , they response instant and bring it. I really recomand this place for anyone staying in Wroclaw
perfect location, there is no hotel in Wrcolaw with a comparable location in terms of proximity to the old town market square, this apartment is on the square literally!
large flat, nice beds
nice equioment, kitchen brand new

The hotel is clean and cosy, the room looked cery nice. Big bathroom and shower. Very close to the old town and the market square. It was possible to pay at check-in, although a credit card was required for the confirmation of the reservation.
Great hotel in very convenient location ,very close to Old Town.Special thanks to Julia in reception for her professionalism and dedication ,for her time and advice.Good underground specious parking. We had very enjoyable stay.
Excellent top-notch restaurant in this hotel with fantastic delicious meals. It's probably the best dishes I’ve ever tried in Poland. As for the hotel, all was also fine. Thank you guys, we will definitely get back :)
The spaciousness and the furnishings of the room was very nice. A lot of counterspace in the bathroom. The location, both very close to the centre of the old town as well as the busstop for going to the airport.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Equipment is new. Location is amazing, only few minutes from the main square. Downstairs is also a great restaurant. Wifi is great. Really elegant hotel.
Great hotel, in the centre near the main market square. Coffee and tea making facilities. Good quality breakfast with great choice. Big room with designer shower. Perfectly clean. WiFi.
Beautiful historic hotel, loved the location because we were walking distance from the Wrocław main train station and very close to the main market square.
