Quiet location, large common area, laid out breakfast, comfortable bedroom. We enjoyed our stay with Ron and Alison, who were very hospitable. There are walks in the area that are very nice in addition to the crossing, which we did not do. Good places to eat in Ohakune.

Incredible house! Loved the pool table, board games, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, piano -- wish we could've stayed longer. Having the wood stove burning for us when we arrived was a nice touch.

We loved this place. The staff were so welcoming and thoughtful - an excellent B&B experience. Rooms were comfortable and lodge area was very comfortable. A delicious, home cooked breakfast was included. Finally, they place has a number of animals on premise and our hosts were very kind to let us pet some of the animals including, sheep, alpacas and a few Maine Coon cats!

I love the fact the cabin we stayed in had two sets of bunk beds. It makes fitting a young family of 5 really easy!

Fabulous stay just outside of town. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast and snacks were substantial. Hot tub was warmed up and ready to go!

Hot tubs were amazing, bed was comfortable, good value for money, amenities in bathroom were nice, location was good. More backpacker than lodge but overall was really nice.
