Property info

This glamorous sub-penthouse has panoramic views over the harbour and is newly refurbished with luxurious furniture and finishes. It comes with FREE WIFI, a bluetooth speaker, a 50 Inch Samsung Smart TV, Nespresso coffee maker as well as a BBQ and an outdoor heater on the large, wrap around deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, 4 slice toaster and a coffee machine and there is a washer and dryer (as well as a hairdryer) in the bathroom. The apartment is close to the city centre, with great views over the harbour, close to bars, cafes, and parks. You’ll love relaxing here because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and because of the relaxed life style and the stunning, sunny balcony which can be enjoyed the whole year around with its BBQ and outdoor heater. Paid daily and weekly parking is available just outside the main entrance to the building.
