This is an architecturally designed apartment with a loft bedroom. 53 Square metres (inside) of well designed space. Peace, quiet and lots of natural light by floor to ceiling double glazed windows. Black out blinds. Heat pump for maximum comfort. French doors open out onto a private enclosed courtyard, which contains outdoor lighting and seating.
I enjoy helping people make the most of their stay in Wellington.
A lively mix of residential and light commercial businesses in the neighbourhood. Plentiful selection of restaurants and bars. Good Public transport links at your front door.
