This is a great place to stay! It is a warm, clean, modern, sunny and spacious ground floor house. The perfect city base. It is located at Dunedin South so you could stay in a relax neighbourhood, and it is just a short walk to famous Saint Clair beaches, and just a short drive to the would class University and the Otago Peninsula. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Free off-street carpark. Free laundry facilities. Free unlimited Superfast Gigabit wifi. The space The first thing is the house split into two levels, all your activities would be conducted on the ground floor, the ground floor has Heaps of SPACE!!!! You will really be able to spread out! Warm sunshine pours in through the big windows. It has everything you need for a fun, comfortable and easy stay. The whole ground floor has been in excellent conditions, spacious kitchen, laundry and 1 bathroom and a separate toilet, the shower had excellent pressure for all guests to enjoy.

The apartment is located in a convenient location in Dunedin South. It is 2 blocks from all the major supermarket and takeaway restaurant nearby, yet it is only 10 minutes walk towards our breath taken Saint Clair Beach, it is a safe neighborhood. Dunedin is a convenient city, it is only 5 minutes drive to town center, 10 minutes drive to Forsythbarr Stadium, 15 minutes drive to our wildlife and amazing coast. It is just a short 5 minutes drive to Princes St. From there you can walk past shops, cafes and bars to the city's main attractions: the Octagon, the Dunedin Railway Station, Toitu Museum and Otago Museum. The house was build in 1972 with solid specification. The house has been divided into 2 spacious floors with internal access staircase. Yours is on the ground floor and has been modernised and has an excellent kitchen, bathroom, laundry, carpet, heating and hot water system
