Large and private central city apartment handy to all amenities, public transport, sky city, viaduct, CBD offices. walking distance to most CBD venues. The property is newly refurbished with new furniture, furnishings. Large bedroom with build in cupboards, separate door to the bathroom to provide privacy when a larger group books, a large dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV, open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. Kitchen facilities to prepare light meals and light cooking. One Carpark within the building may also be available at additional charge.
I am a financial services professional who travels widely both nationally and internationally for work and pleasure and totally understand the challenges guest have when travelling to new places and expectations on some the basics such as cleaning, communications and facilitating transits from and to the airports for international travels
It is a city lifestyle with bars, pubs, clubs, casino, restaurants, cafes, all within short walking distances. It is quiet once you are inside the apartment so you can enjoy a good nights sleep.
