Spacious and bright compartment. Comfortable beds, kitchenette to make tea & coffee, small fridge stocked with drinks. Private deck to enjoy the canal. Had the best sleep listening to the water lapping on the hull. Friendly & helpful hosts. A unique and quirky B&B; we just loved it!

The rear deck, with chairs and table allowed us to enjoy the canal, the passing boats and the lovely green landscape. Quiet neighborhood with friendly and helpful neighbors. A beautiful and serene respit from the busy bustling crowds of downtown Amsterdam which is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk away. Buses and trams also close by. Sleeping, storage and bathroom facilities were wonderful. Thank you for the complimentary drinks! Not really a B&B as there was no breakfast included. Simply a coffee machine and some coffee single serves provided along with a pot for boiling water for tea. But we were very happy as there was a small refrigerator and we purchased fresh produce and other items from the nearby grocery store. Dishes and essential utensils were provided. Reaching the lower deck meant ducking into a small door and descending a steep narrow stairway. No problem for us but anyone larger or in any way less fit may have difficulty. The experience was awesome!

The boat was so nice! It was very clean; there was a fridge and a nice big bed.. We had wonderful two nights. The location of the boat was perfect for us! Just a beautiful view.

I guess I’d call it quirky, in that it’s radically different to staying in a hotel - it has a comfortable bed, en suite bathroom, TV, fridge and kitchenette as do some hotels, but this place has real character and I loved it. The private deck area was a great place to relax and (literally) watch the world go by, and it is a great sun trap. I’m missing it already! The host was friendly and welcoming, approachable too had we had any issues (we didn’t).

Where to even start, this accommodation was just so amazing!! Loved every second of the stay.. From the comfortable bed & looking up to see the beautiful sky, with the cute section of lights. This really was a perfect place to stay relax and just be in the moment. I did not want to leave, I actually can not put into words great the stay was. I truly felt like I was in heaven.

Very cosy accommodation. The host was very friendly and helpful. Only a 15 minute walk to many of the main attractions of Amsterdam. The surrounding canal is charming, with photogenic wooden lifting bridges close by.
