Studio De Bilt is situated right in middle of the more than 100 years old city centre of De Bilt - Utrecht. It offers two ultra light and very comfortable large studios decorated in a Scandinavian style. Both rooms are equipped with a large boxspring (1.60x2.10m), free Wifi, flatscreen tv, small desk and 2 comfortabele chairs. When at Studio De Bilt you can enjoy the wonderful historical city of Utrecht as well as the beautiful nature of Utrechts Landschap, ideal for hiking and/or biking. The Utrecht city center is only 10-12 minutes by bus. Free parking. The cities Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Bosch & Leiden are all within one hour travelling time! When you are staying at B&B Studio De Bilt you can book a mini breakfast (at extra costs). Or you van easily prepare a healthy meal in the shared kitchen. Fridge, microwave, watercooker, toaster and tostimaker are available. Two supermarket are within walking distance. Both studios have their own private bathroom with rainshower, washbasin, toilet, and floor heating. Studio De Bilt also offers a small terrace to enjoy the sun, in summer you can use the airco at no extra charge. The breakfastroom offers entertainment and a kitchen. Dear guest, my name is Lisa, I am the host of Studio De Blt. We have a small team that makes sure that you can enjoy your stay at our B&B! We only started out our B&B Studio De Bilt in May 2017, but we already welcomed hundreds of guests. Guests that really appreciate our studios as they rated it with 9.4 o4 9.5 for seveal years in a row. Our B&B can be compared with a first class hotel, but provides the hospitality you can only find at the very best B&B's. Please, read our reviews! Next to the B&B, I am a an artist. I accomodate different types of art workshops and writing workshops (in Dutch). When you feel like it, you can attend one of the workshops in my atelier. Atelier Marni is in the same building as Studio De Bilt. I love to read and travel. I care about the environment, we installed solar panels to provide our B&B with energy. I can give you lots of local information, where to go and where to eat. I also rent bikes (cycling is a must when you are in Holland!). Very near to Studio De Bilt (only a few footstepts away) you will find the mainstreet of De Bilt (Hessenweg) with 2 supermarkets and lots of local shops. There are very nice restaurants with different kitchens in the centre of De Bilt, you can reach them by foot very easily. De Bilt is very near to the city centre of Utrecht, only 10-12 minutes by bus or bike. Utrecht was reviewed by Lonely Planet as 'the hidden gem of the Netherlands'. Different types of tourist activities are possible in Utrecht, I can provide you with all the necessary information. Other cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Bosch, Leiden, Delft and Amersfoort are all within a travelling time of less than one hour. Looking forward to meeting you in person soon!
