Great location, just 5 min from tram or metro station, plenty restaurants, supermarket, McDonalds. Apartment itself is located on the first floor with view to the canal, calm during the day and night, safety and nice neighbourhood, clean and cozy design inside, with necessary kitchen appliances, temperature is easily regulated - all in line with description.

Luxurious apartment for rent in Rotterdam Welcome to the city of Rotterdam! You will not regret moving into this beautifully decorated and spacious place. An alluring separate apartment in a unique location, done up in a modern and oriental style, located in an authentic building in the historic Rotterdam- Delfshaven area. Overlooking a large canal, typical of the Rotterdam area, running right past the building. The oriental private bathroom with Jacuzzi make this a unique apartment indeed! Very relaxing after a busy day in the city. This 55 square meter, one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and features: • A living room with open kitchenette (No stove but induction cooktop and with 1 hotplate & microwave oven.) • Bedroom, with comfortable king size bed that can easily be converted into two single beds • The oriental bathroom with Jacuzzi. The apartment further includes two balconies, a toilet and shower. The apartment is situated at the corner of a block and the many windows let in a lot of light and offer stunning views of the large canal and a quiet little park. Location: The apartment is situated next to a large canal. There are no bikes available.

Besides in Dutch, I will be able to assist you in English, French and German. Suitable: This apartment will suit “normal, quiet living” couples, friends, business people and travellers. Public Transport: A two minute walk takes you to the “Delfshaven” subway station. From here it only takes 3 stops to the city centre of Rotterdam. The city of Schiedam, only two stops away, has a train station with direct connections to other famous Dutch cities like The Hague (27 min.) and Amsterdam Schiphol airport (44 min.). Walk to the end of the street to find lovely restaurants and bustling bars. Shops and a supermarket are located right across the street! Check-in between 2-6 p.m. . Check-out noon before 12 p.m.. Location Comme vous avez lu ci-dessus l’appartement se trouve au quartier Delfshaven lequel fait partie du centre de Rotterdam. Au bout de la rue vous trouverez quelques bons restaurants, de jolis bars, des commerces comme un supermarché. Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich an einem breiten Kanal im historischen Delfshaven-Viertel im zentralen Teil von Rotterdam. Am Ende der Straße finden Sie mehrere schöne Restaurants und einige Bars. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte am Ende der Straße. Locatie: Het appartement is dus gelegen aan een breed kanaal, in ‘Historisch Delfshaven’, een wijk in het centraal gelegen deel van Rotterdam.
