guestroom traza 37 is a very light and cosy studio for 2 persons, with high ceilings and a nice green styling. The guestroom has got a comfortabel double bed (160 cm), a fridge, a private bathroom with toilet, shower, and wasbasin, a linnen-closet, free Wifi, TV with international channels, Netflix and central heating. Bed linen and towels are included in the service. We don’t serve breakfast but you can enjoy it in one of the many cafés or restaurants nearby. The guestroom is located in a quiet street in the popular neighbourhood Amsterdam Oud-West or also called “Helmersbuurt”. There are a lot of trendy little shops, cafes and restaurants around the corner. The residential house dates back from 1889 and has been renovated recently. Oud-West is located just outside the center, but everything is within easy reach (close to Leidseplein, the canal area and the museums like Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum). Tram stops are nearby. The famous Vondelpark is on a few minutes walking distance. traza 37 is a non-smoking guestroom.

Welcome to Amsterdam! We are working together as interior designer, garden designer and contractor and love to travel bij ourselves! We started our B&B in 2008. For many years we have been happy to receive many guest from all over the world. On our own trips we like to book a room in a small personal hotel, guest house or B&B. In 2018 and 2019 we took a break and used the guesthouse ourselves for our family. Just when we wanted to pick up rental again in 2019, the corona pandemic started. But now (it's 2022) we are completely ready again, we have also thoroughly overhauled the room and renovated and restyled it. guestroom traza 37 is located in Amsterdam Oud-West. This area is 5 minutes walking from the Vondelpark, the famous park in the center of Amsterdam. Within 15 minutes walking you can reach the “Grachtengordel”, the canals of Amsterdam and within 10 minutes you walk to Leidseplein. There are also good connections with the tram 1 or 17 to the center of town and Central Station (15-20 min. with tram). Museums like the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum are nearby, the "Foodhalllen" and "Ten Kate market" are at walking distance From Schiphol airport it is about 18 km to the centre of Amsterdam. A taxi will charge you about 33 euro to get to guestroom traza 37. It takes about 20-30 minutes. Alternatively take a train direction Central Station and then the tram to our guestroom (train 20 min + tram 20 min. + 5 min. walking). Stop at Station "Lelylaan" or "Central station" and go on with tram 17 (from station Lelylaan) or (also) tram 17 (from Central station) , finally stop at "Jan Pieter Heye Straat” at the Kinkerstraat. Turn into Jan Pieter Heije Straat and cross some little streets and a bridge. When you cross Wilhelminastraat, turn into it (to the left) and follow it up to number 37.
