Stayed in Magnolia apartments 2nd time because it’s not possible to get such value for money anywhere else . Apartments are in excellent condition , location is perfect , many restaurants and small shops are near by. Also a lot of different activities are available. Milusa is the best host we ever had! Highly recommended place to spend vacation !

Magnolia apartment are located in a 18th century stone house only 50 meters away from the sea. The whole building was fully refurbished in 2018. A combination of modern and traditional, the apartment interior leads you through Mediterranean culture and maritime history. All rooms are climatized with flat screen TV with satelite channels and free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with furniture. The facility has own parking space. For active vacation fans, within the apartment complex it is possible to rent Surfski kayaks, paddle board, book hiking, Canyoning and Kayak tours, various sightseeings and field trips to local attractions. Kotor old town is 4.5 km away.

As a nature and sports enthusiast, she will make your stay even better, offering you great additional summer activities such as kayaking, diving, paddleboaring, fishing, cycling, and if you want to explore the mainland of the beautiful Bay of Kotor, you will have a great guide, full of knowledge that she selflessly shares, whether it is a simple walking tour with a lecture on local culture and history, or a little more demanding hiking tour that will give you a unique experience and view of the bay. Always available for all guest's questions, ideas, and suggestions, she is open to any agreement and ready to make your stay as pleasant, beautiful, and memorable as possible.
Magnolia Apartment is located on the western side of the Vrmac hill. Vrmac hill is known as a health resort due to particular crossing of sea and mountain air. The whole place is quiet and perfect for a vacation. The accommodation is located 1 mile from very good fish restaurant "Bokeški gušti" and 400m feet from minimarket, bakery, cafe restaurant, post office, the Church of St. Nicholas with a Franciscan monastery and Our Lady temple. Kotor Old town is 4.5km away. The old town Kotor is on the list of UNESCO world culture heritage since 1979. The cultural richness of Kotor is invaluable. The Treasure of the city is home to the most important cultural monuments such as Maritime Museum, the Clock Tower (VIII century), the Cathedral of St. Tripun (XII), the Church of St. Luke (XII), the Knights' Palace (XVII), the Church of Our Lady of Health (XV).
