Czysto personel bardzo pomocny. Nawet dostaliśmy garaż do dyspozycji a że przyjechaliśmy motocyklami to bardzo to doceniamy. Oczywiście na zewnątrz też brama więc bezpiecznie,miejsce godne polecenia.

Beautiful two and a half story house with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. House has 230 m2 (2,500 sqft). Home can accommodate 17 people to sleep. The home is fully equipped. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro. Dishes, towels, beach towels, and bed linens included. This is a new house with new furniture, new modern appliances, garden, private parking and it is gated. A ground level consists of a car garage, kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, washer), storage space and a full bathroom, big yard with a barbeque. First floor has a living room with a big expandable sofa, smaller sofa, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, big refrigerator), two bedrooms (king and four beds-bunk bed), a full bathroom, big balcony, big terrace and a food storage closet. Second floor has a studio with a living room including expandable and small sofa, bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom; two bedrooms (two twin and three twin beds), full bathroom, and a big balcony. Every room has air condition unit. There is flat TV screen and wireless internet.
Conveniently located house is 130 meters away from the beach with astonishing views of Bay of Kotor. Complete privacy and serenity. Not crowded area. Ideal for family and friends, gatherings, and social events. Very clean, peaceful and safe area. Kotor is 6 km away, Tivat 6 km away, Budva 20 km away, Dubrovnik 70 km. The nearest airport is Tivat Airport 10 km away from the property. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance (200-500 meters). Additional services such as airport pickup, car, site excursions, fishing, hunting, grocery shopping, cook, bbq preparation is available.
