Home from home. Exceptionally clean and a quality apartment with everything you need including a bottle of wine, beer, and other refreshments in the fridge as a welcome. The best place we stayed at in Montenegro. Fabulous view from the patio, great garden. Nikola was one of the nicest guys we had the pleasure to meet, so helpful and a lovely person. If we come back we will not hesitate to stay here again. A few metres from the sea and a great restaurant very close by (Konoba Barba).

Everything. Very nice property and family. They own the place for 3 generations and you feel it when you walk in. Fully renovated, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the terrace is amazing… nice access to the beach, you can jog or ride a bicycle at the beachfront and swim easily. The family shares fruits from the garden ( figs in our case) which were delicious. Highly recommend stay here. Easy to park the car, and easy to reach Kotor by foot/bike/car whenever you need. As a matter of fact, it is much calmer here and higher quality of value rather than staying in Kotor and its nearby beaches swarmed with hordes of tourists unloaded from the ship cruises. Enjoy the stay at MarijaZ2, calm, quiet, and quality stay that you can book with your eyes closed! Excellent base to explore Perast and Kotor at your own pace. Supermarket 200m walking distance from the house, many bars and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommend it !

Our hosts were fabulous even coming to pick us up when we were dropped at the wrong place. The fridge was stocked with soft drinks beer and wine on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble even waiting with umbrellas for us to walk us to our taxi on our departure as it was raining heavily.

Everything. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Check in was super easy, the hosts are very friendly. It’s in Kotor Bay, but not in Kotor and it takes about 80 minutes to walk to Kotor along the bay. Make sure you do NOT drink the tap water! The wifi was great, the beds are super comfortable. The shower is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped for everything. There is a shop nearby and some restaurants as well. You really need to drive or get a taxi to get here and the map is not very helpful, so if you are driving from Kotor and you left Dobrota you will see a City Market shop on the left hand side. 200metres after that you will see a small sign on the left hand side with the apartment’s name. We were two friends travelling but this place equally works for up to 4 people. Thank you for the lovely people for letting us stay here.

Our holidays in Nicolas apartment were really amazing!!! Perfect location, new and good quality furniture, very comfortable beds) The owners changed towels daily for our family and cleaned the apartment every five days) the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any kind of food, and in the garden there is a large and convenient grill) Nikolas is very very good host! Het appartement ligt aan de hoofdweg, maar heeft een privé terrein voor parkeren. Je zit links onder, boven en naast je zijn andere appartementen. De eigenaar woont ook in het complex, zeer vriendelijk man. De tuin en het uitzicht is echt schitterend. Vanuit de tuin loop je naar de kade, daar kan je heerlijk een duikje nemen in de zee. In de nabije omgeving heb je leuke koffie zaken en een supermarkt. Kotor is een uurtje lopen, maar een auto is niet veel sneller in het hoogseizoen. De badkamer is mooi, slaapkamers zijn prima.
