One of the best vacations we had. It all started even before we reached the venue, Miss. Nora from Pickalbatros helped us pre-plan the entire trip. She ensured the hospitality is the best in class and every guest was treated and taken care of through the stay. The property is maintained excellent and cleanliness is next to godliness. You will never run out of food, entertainment, activities, water rides, swimming pools, kids play, relaxation and most importantly the smile from every staff member in the property. The activities for kids are perfect. The hospitality was impeccable. The cleaning crew and maintenance, especially Rachida, were very helpful and provided great quality service. The food was good and a lot of variety. The shuttle service to Marrakesh was helpful. Just be sure to reserve ahead a time. The tour company on site was very convenient. The rooms are large and extra beds for big families. We definitely will stay again.

Every thing was beyond amazing from the day I’ve booked to my checking out day! Transportation being arranged from the train station to the hotel, the spacious family room with nice view, tasty food especially the Moroccan cuisine, the indoor heated pool in these cold days, mini golf, music, activities for the whole family… the whole ambiance in this hotel is fantastic thanks to the great people who work there providing an outstanding service!
