A very friendly, interesting and welcoming place. The churches, museums and 'tourist' spots were well maintained and full of character. The history of Vilnius and its trials and tribulations over the centuries are well recorded and shown with pride. There are lots of coffee bars, restaurants and pubs offering very good value. Public transport is very cheap - 1Euro from the airport to the town and 3Euros on an airport express bus for the return journey. For the tourist the one area for improvement is the 'Tourist Information' town map. It needs to more detailed showing the various attractions - but other than that it was great.

Vilnius has lots to offer, if your interest is in churches & baroque. Almost all museums were in refurbishing or putting up new exhibitions, so cannot say much about them.
Namas was a totally wonderful fine dining experience: 50e for 4 courses + kitchen's greeting. Best restaurant in ages!

The airport arrivals building looks as if it hasn’t been updated since the Soviet era then you get in a taxi and travel through rather grim industrial landscape with I was expecting to see posters of Josef Stalin BUT! Once you arrive in the Old town you are in a different world! Beautiful buildings cobbled streets public parks etc. my 3 nights was not long enough next time I’m here I will stay longer. Best tip-forget about renting a car just download the Bolt app for taxis it works exactly like Uber in the uk and rides are roughly one third the price of regular taxis

During my stay in Vilnius, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the streets and the beauty of the river flowing through the city. The public transportation system was modern and efficient, making navigation through the city seamless. I also took advantage of the great seasonal sales, managing to purchase many items at excellent prices. The cafes were exceptional; not only did they serve amazing coffee, but they also provided a quiet and comfortable environment where I could work on my laptop for hours without disturbance. Moreover, the locals were incredibly friendly, adding to the overall positive experience of my visit. Vilnius truly impressed me with its blend of natural beauty, modern conveniences, and welcoming atmosphere.

Vilnius is not overpopulated and very broad city.
Vilnius is not overpopulated and very broad city. While the old town is very compact, distant districts are located far away and are separated by parks. It's useless to describe all advantages in two words. The city may be recognised as a template of "an old Eropean town". I like to come here again

Vilnius was a delight!
Vilnius was a delight! From its charming old town to the vibrant cultural scene, every moment was filled with wonder and joy. The locals were incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious, and the architecture was breathtaking. Can't wait to visit again!
The most beautifully presented breakfast with great attention to small details, served in sun flooded winter garden - do take your time to enjoy it! In addition to the wonderful and delicious buffet they have a menu for warm dishes that are prepared to order and served with a smile. An absolutely delightful experience! The location is great for wondering around the Old Town on foot and a short ride by taxi/bolt from the airport. It's a really lovely hotel with very welcoming staff!
The Hotel is located in the heart of the old town in the ancient building. My suite was really large and very stylish! So calm and comfortable! I was proposed with room upgrade at the check-in and a compliment (!). The staff was extremely supportive, as it should be in a 5-star Hotel. The sauna and swimming pool are available for personal use but should be booked beforehand. This is one of the best places I've ever been! Definitely, it's worth getting back.
The Hotel is located at walking distance from Vilnius airport and rental car center. Makes it very convenient for a business traveler who has to visit other parts of Lithuania.
The room was very good with adequate facilities including an ironing board and iron which are essential for a business traveler.
The restaurant and bar was very good with choice of vegetarian dishes and local draft beer!
For my trip I had to visit different campuses of the Vilnius University every day. The hotel is very conveniently located next to a bus stop, with frequent buses running to all destinations and close to the city centre.
The room was very nice and clean, I enjoyed the bathroom with bathtub.
Breakfast and dinner were also quite good and the bar is well run.
Location was perfect, right between the Old Town and Uzupis. The size of the room was incredible. The "living room" was even bigger than the bedroom, which was actually rather big as hotels go. The staff were okay and we could leave our luggage in a locked storage closet with no issue. Value for price is unbeatable!
Fab varied breakfast. Coffee exceptional, best in the city!
In the old town, but on the edge of the new, just behind the hotel. Was raining the first day and staff kindly supplied umbrella. Thanks!
Room was comfortable, shower was perfect. Had to take 2 lifts to get to it, but no problem once we got used to it!
Really good breakfast with many options, the restaurant at the hotel is also great but pricey (for Vilnius).
Room was quite big and mine had walk-in shower, which I liked. Staff was helpful and reachable despite not being 24/7 at the hotel. Excellent location for seeing the Old Town. Self-check-in worked well.
Very nice small hotel, on the edge of the Old Town. It was easy to reach by car, lot of parking space and even a possibility to charge electric car free of charge! Room was spacious and nicely decorated, bed was good. Breakfast was one of the best I've hand in any hotel, nice menu to choose from.
The location is really great, it's close to the river, and not far from old town center.
It's really recommended for people who travel for work, you can sleep well since the hotel area is really quite, and there are many things nearby for you to explore after work.
Breakfast was fabulous, I have not had a comparable breakfast in other hotel in this price range. All facilities and the room itself was sparkling clean. The location of the hotel is great, with convenient access from the airport and close to old town.
Excellent economy type hotel in the old town, 10 min on foot from bus and train stations and 5 min from the very centre of the old town. The staff was very friendly. The room had everything you might need for a short stay. Very good value for money.
Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Close to the old town. 10 minutes to the airport. The room is clean and comfortable. Liked everything. Welcoming friendly staff. Located on a quiet street. There is a shop and various restaurants nearby.
We stayed over night so we wouldn't need to travel on the day of flight. We took public bus to the city centre on the eve and had breakfast at a reasonable price in the hotel. We walked to airport in 5min to catch out flight.
A beautifully decorated hotel. Because they had only been opened a month, it was so clean, which was extra nice. The location was fantastic, close walk to Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Hotel is an old glass blowing factory.
Great public areas, breakfast and dinner at the Tavern.
The staff is outstanding!
Location is right in old town across the street from a macaroon bakery.
A nice hotel close to the railway station, not far from the old town. Friendly staff, 24/7 reception. Uber to the airport €4.50 at night. Optimal choice for those making connections in Vilnius
The hotel is located near the bus and train station. It is walking distance to the old town. The rooms were clean and good in size. The beds are very comfortable. The price value is fantastic.
Really lovely hotel in the old town, well placed for the sights and river. Very good breakfast selection and very quiet rooms. Reception were fabulous, really helpful and knowledgeable.
It's a good (although rather basic) hotel located in the city center, next to the old town. Quite a good option for a short stay, as it was the case for us.
