The place is really nice and the owners are great. I was on the line with them all the time so they helped me reach their place. Their place is around 3km from the ancient city. They have bicycles for a small fee. The road next to the lake is amazing. I loved it. The room was spacious and cozy, hot water was available. You can get AC for an extra charge but I think a fan is enough. The food mom cooks is very delicious. I had dinner and breakfast with them. They were there to help me with everything and give me information about my sightseeing. I def recommend this place!!!

perfect location! ride to the ancient city is absolutely gorgeous and you can use the bicycle they have. hosts were super friendly, helpful and showed me around. really would recommend this place. breakfast was tasty and a lot. they even made me a lunch package.

It's a very nice homestay, and the house and garden are so beautiful. The room is comfortable and big and has a mosquito net. You can get AC for an extra fee but the fan is so powerful it's not necessary. The food they offer is delicious and comes in huge quantity, for a very reasonable price. They start serving breakfast at 6:30 which is perfect since the ancient city opens at 7am and is super close by bike. They also drove me to the bus station when I left for a very reasonable price. Ca, totally recommend.

Beautiful, spacious room with AC available for a small additional cost which was very welcome in the humidity! Lovely host family who arranged us transportation from our previous location and dropped us at the bus stop too for our onward journey. We explored the ruins on bicycles you can rent from the property and we had delicious dinner and breakfast. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Kind family, super helpful host. Tasty dinner for a good price. Good local breakfast. Nice lake with a beautiful sunset view in 10 min walks. The host helped us with everything, transfer around to see the sights, transfer to the bus station, asked how we can go to Ella by public transfer. Thanks for it!

Lovely room located in a lovely property! Very clean and comfortable. A/C available at an additional cost but we didn’t need it as the area was cool enough and the fan in the room was more than enough. Out host cooked up a delicious dinner and breakfast, sorted us some bicycles for cycling around the ancient city. He arranged for us a fantastic guide to take us around Polonnaruwa and we learned so much. I would highly recommend staying here.
