Friendly and helpful family. The food they offered for breakfast and dinner was very good! We could even get water for shopping price so we did not have to drive to the city.

Exceptional homestay which was private & quiet! Our family of 7 stayed 2 nights. Rooms were spacious, clean & beds comfy. We had meals that were great. Binara is kind & caring, organising medical help for one member. Cannot reccomend his homestay enough. Truly 5 star !! Binara organised boat trip to island on lake were we saw elephants

The host was very friendly and helpful and organised some great things for us to do as well as bicycles to hire for the day. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking their lawns which was like a little jungle.

One the best stay ever. Amazing peaceful place and beautiful family just next the main sites in Polonnaruwa. He suggested us one of the most authentic experience by boat with local friendly guys, if you are lucky you will be alone with elephants and a variety of birds. Definitly raccomended

Thi is a lovely stay in a quiet residential area. Lovely spacious room, with a balcony overlooking an enormous garden full of trees. Very nice family and Binara was very helpful with all questions and got me a bike to use in old Polunaruwa.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room and bathroom facilities were very very clean and we had a great balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Homemade food was delicious, and we really felt welcome. We really appreciated the bike rent that is very convetient to go visit the sacred city from the home stay. Very nice place with garden . My room had great terasa and air condition. Quite good location, near centre and you can walk by the lake. Wery friendly owner. Big breakfast (extra paid). Best accomodation for that price. I would recomend it!

This was by far the best homestay I have stayed in !! The room & bathroom is very clean and you have access to a beautiful and big balcony. There is an AC unit that works wonders. The family that lives here is so amazing! They are very kind and help you with everything. Without even knowing he organised me a pickup from the bus station so I don’t get scammed and got me a bicycle to ride around the ancient city, which was a highlight ! I would 10/10 recommend and even stayed an extra night because it was so wonderful. Definitely come here when visiting Polonnaruwa!!
