The staff gets 10 out of 10, very friendly, helpful and eagerness to help us. This hotel had the best service I’ve ever received in any of the hooters hotel’s I’ve stayed. Front desk person Jay Suh was excellent! He helped us on every aspect and we were very happy with our stay. When I return with my family next year, I will definitely return to Josun Hotel Seoul.
