The pool area is gorgeous and perfect to rest after a day in the sun. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with everything we asked. The have massage service which was great. They have free tuktuk service to go to town, we were not expecting it and it was a great surprise. We will definitely come back. Chan helped us during the check in and check out and he was great.

The overall environment is very good. I love how they plant all the trees, and nature around the pool. It is a good place to relax if you like silent, calm and peaceful. The room is very clean with a huge class where you can see the pool and nature for the family room.

The Nature is amazing. We stayed there for five days with our 7 month old daughter and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable. They helped us organize two tours of Angkor. The food is great, especially the Khmer (Cambodian) rice noodles for breakfast. They made a vegetarian version for me. The pool is pleasantly cool and relaxing. They even had a delightful afternoon tea time. The staff was excellent and took great care of us and our daughter. We are looking forward to visiting the Nature again.

The beds are European soft quality. That’s the only thing you need to know to book. You will sleep like a baby. The cappuccino here is silky smooth. The staff is fantastic and attentive. Compared to other similar properties they do most things here really well without western management. It’s in the small details like a fan next to you outside when having dinner, mosquito repellent you don’t have to ask for, cold water being topped up constantly. Riri and the rest of the staff are so kind. 10/10. They have their own friendly driver to take you to the center so no worries about the distance.

The building had a traditional look to it. The Pool, food, ambience were great, it also had helpful staff. Mr Thy was a great driver. He took us all around the temples for our three day pass. The rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Very charming

Lovely pool and garden, exceptional service and very professional staff. We unexpectedly needed to stay another night and they booked us a room in one of their sister hotels. The room at The Nature was large and clean, bed a bit too hard for me, but the staff provided extra mattress topper.

We absolutely loved this place! The beds are new and so comfortable. It’s like home levels of comfort. The food is so full of flavor and the cappuccino is soft and silky. Pool access rooms are really worth it for the easy few meters walk to the loungers. The beds are also 2 meters for those who seek that comfort in length. It’s a quiet area bit further from the center but they have a free tuktuk in the evening and in daytime it’s only 1.50$ for one way to the city. It’s like a sanctuary we recon we could stay here a very long time. Staff is amazing, this is the best find so far on our journey this year.

Don't think twice. I will absolutely come back to Siem Reap, Cambodia, and stay longer in this hotel again. It's 6-7mins away by tuk tuk from the pub street, so it's quiet and peaceful(staff will arrange you a tuk tuk if you need). Our room was pool view, but thanks to the well grown passion fruit tree, the view was so greenery at the same time. I loved it. The room was clean and well organized. The garden and pool were not big, but I could see that they take care of them with heart. The best thing about this hotel and the stay was THE STAFF. Even though some staff were not fluent in speaking English, they definitely tried their best to help us whatever we needed or asked. Me and my friend were deeply touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness as we could see they were taking care of us sincerely. I can't even express all how much I am grateful and I already miss them🥹
