There's nice comfy bed and a table in the room. Well-working AC without additional fees is a comfort saver in extremely hot and humid Siem Reap. They provide transportation from\to the airport and bike rental. Huge street market with food and fruit is 5 mins away. And it's very budget friendly stay!

The place is in a very authentic neighborhood. When you step out of the house you can see the children from the kindergarten playing, geese walking around and beautiful trees. Amazing local atmosphere. The room is comfortable and super clean. We work online and the Wi-Fi was great.

the room was clean and cozy. the host family is helpful and friendly. they also accommodated my early check up. it’s safe at night as they lock the main gate; we left 2 bikes in the yard without any problem. they’re also happy to unlock the gate early in the morning we left for the sunrise at Angkor Wat - just give them a notice the day before. i love their multi purpose terrace.

The accommodations are excellent for the price. The staff goes out of they way to meet your needs. Like staying with family. This is more like a home stay than a guest house.
