It's pretty close to the Shizuoka Station, making things very convenient. After staying in two different hotels in Tokyo, I moved on to this one which cost about half as much as the previous two per night. As far as rooms went, this was a lot more spacious than I anticipated. For half the price of a 2/3 star hotel in Tokyo, you get a room in this hotel that's twice as big with the same amenities.

Only a 3-minute walk from the shinkansen exit of JR Shizuoka Train Station, Sun Palace Hotel offers accommodations conveniently located in the center of the city.
