Directly in front of terminal 3 check in and security, room was spacious and had everything needed, and it’s located right next to the monorail needed to get to Tokyo Station.

I had an early flight so staying here was perfect as it was inside terminal 3. It made getting up and getting to my flight an absolute breeze. There were heaps of restaurants and shops as well which was great! Recommend if you dont want to worry about getting to Haneda super early (some trains wont have even started!) then i recommend staying the night before for a stress free experience!

Location is very good, very convenient especially since we need to catch an early flight. Lots of food option which is very handy as we are travelling with kids. We like that we can bring trolley to the room too to carry out luggage.

I loved the fact it had a nice restaurant, and I felt I had the entire airport as my shopping mall! More so when it was time to checkout I put my luggage on the luggage cart , walked right of the beautiful hotel walkway right to my Departure gate at Delta! That's exactly how simple it was. The shops and restaurants were exceptional , everything was so clean! People were beyond friendly and helpful! I stayed 3 nights from my 3 wk stay in Japan. I will definitely stay there on the night before my departure on upcoming trips!! Thank You....the cleaning staff were so sweet and kind.

Loved the location, the ease of getting there after a long transpacific flight was amazing. Also steps away from the train and monorail into Tokyo and larger train stations all accessed from the same floor as hotel entrance. Rooms were a little small considering the amount of luggage one can be traveling with but also not necessarily a hotel you’d use for your whole vacation and is adequate for 1-2 nights. Especially perfect for our flight out and we got it for the night we left too. Ultimate luxury being able to check in just steps away from the hotel, drop our bags off and then be able to go back and relax until our flight. Beds were comfortable although I’d suggest different pillows and offer extra pillows. The pillows they give have a hard bottom section filled with buckwheat or some kind of bead. Please don’t let that deter you however as the location and ease to access transportation to and from the city are unmatched.

I booked a room on the wrong day when transiting through Tokyo. Called up the front desk from the shuttle and they were able to find me a single room. Convenience and location is best thing about this hotel. You know you have no worries when to catch your flight. The checkin is a 5 minute walk. Carts are available to take to your room and carry your luggage to the checkin counter. And its on the same floor. Room was comfortable. I loved the Harumachi folding pillows which have some sort of bean bags on one half. I laid it flat so that my neck and upper back was lying on the beans. Dont know if that is one intened position or not but it worked. There is a mini fridge and a boiling pot for tea and coffee. TV does not have any channels only ppv.
