Located in near Odori park in Sapporo, just 6minute walk from Tozai Subway Line “nishi 11-chome Station". It is a 2 story house, full renovation 2bedrooms all private house. The size of the room is 65 m² , up to 8 people can stay. Dining space in living room , shower room ,restroom it is most suitable for group such as family. We have all necessary things such as towels and kitchen tools, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer.

Located in near Odori park with convenient access to Airport ( approximately 90 minutes and around 1080yen by train and 1000yen by taxi) It is a 7-minute walk from Nishi 11chome subway Station, one station west from Odori Subway Station. -No shoes in the house -No smoking in the house and balcony * If we find you smoked inside of the house, we will charge you 50.000yen to cover the cost. -Check in 15:00 Check out 10:00 *If you stay longer than the check-out time without our permission, you will be charged 2000yen per hour -No party & loud in the house -Quiet hour 22:00-6:00 -Wash tableware you have used and put them back -No extra guests without host's agreement -Please take one towel and blanket,seats each person -Do not rearrange the furniture/appliances and please keep the property clean -No eating or drinking on the bed -Lock all windows before leaving the house. -Turn off the a/c and lights when you leave the house. -Parking reservations is required -Extra charge for garbage dispose •Combustible garbage exceeding 45 Liter •Non-combustible garbage •Large trash such as suitcase
