We needed a place to stay near the airport as we had an early flight so chose two nights here. We actually got t the airport from Tokyo then used the hotel shuttle bus to go to the hotel which saved us the hassle of figuring out trains/buses. We used the shuttle the following day to go to the mall for last minute shopping. Then again the next day early to get us to the airport. The hotel staff were very welcoming and room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Would like to have been there longer to explore local sights.

I live and work in Japan.
I live and work in Japan. I usually discourage people from flying into Narita, as its location is very inconvenient. One can usually save 1 hour travel time by flying into Haneda airport instead.
That being said, some flight connections or airlines only work via Narita, and it is a very nice and clean airport with good shops.
And if you have a connecting flight to somewhere else in Japan, Narita will do just as well as any other airport.

This hotel is the perfect location if travelling on to another area in Japan. It is fantastic for a "stop over" sleep. Next visit we will stay a little longer and explore the hotel a bit better. Staff were fantastic and the free shuttle from the airport is fantastic as well.

If you have one night to layover, I suggest spending some time at Narita Omotesando, where they have some of the best grilled unagi in this part of Japan. If unagi is not your thing, check out the yakitori joints in the area - I had some of the best yakitori in this place called うっとり成田 Uttori Narita), and would definitely return for the meats. There's also a pleasant day spa called 崋(はな)の湯 (Hananoyu) one stop down on the subway (Kōzunomori Station) where you can squeeze in a last minute soak so that you will have a good night's sleep before your flight the next day.

A nice hotel with friendly staff.
A nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast with a good reliable airport shuttle.
I thought it represented excellent value for money and was a good base to start my tour of Japan.
My only regret was not staying longer!
It was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The room had a big bed and enough space for me and my luggage without feeling cramped. Breakfast was included which is a great plus. There was a 24hrs convenience store in the adjacent building. Great location near Narita airport and offers shuttle service even early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, specially regarding about sending my luggage prior my arrival. Would totally stay there or give it a try to other hotels of this same chain.
I booked this hotel to catch early flight next day, didn't expect that it is very near to a main train station which is only about 15' from Narita Airport. The hotel also provides shuttle bus service which runs quite frequent and does not take much more time than train. In the end we decided to take the shuttle bus, bus is super clean, the driver and her assistant are very friendly and helpful.
Similar to other APA hotels that we were staying, everything here is well organised and clean, staffs are friendly and polite.
I really liked this hotel. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, and a nice view. Super friendly, English speaking staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. Nice calm surroundings; you can walk to the rice fields. And there are plenty of restaurants in the area, also Thai and Indian. You can also go to the spa (2 minutes walk from the hotel), which is nice. Note that in Japan, people with a tattoo are not allowed to enter the spa.
This is a perfect hotel if you want to spend a night and to catch up your flight from Narita the next day. Our room is very clean and spacious. The hotel runs free shuttle buses to and from Narita airport from very early in the morning until late night. If you want to explore downtown Tokyo, you may take the shuttle to the airport then take the express train to Tokyo.
I stay at the Hilton across the street every month but decided to try Mystay as we always drive past it going to the Hilton. The hotel is nice, and the facilities are what you would expect for an airport hotel.
If price is an issue and this is your cheapest option, it's alright for a night or two. Otherwise, I'd recommend anywhere else in Narita.
The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely.
We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.
Rooms are bigger than most hotels in japan. although a tad dated they do what theyre there for. the beds are big and fairly comfortable. The location net to narita airport is perfect if you have an early flight and travelled from across japan.
the airport shuttle bus runs every half hour which is super convenient
The room was felt bigger than I would expect for a cheap airport hotel, and the food options were very convenient-- nice restaurant, cafe, and a 24-hr Lawson. Combined with the free shuttle service to and from the airport, this was exactly what I needed for my overnight layover in Narita.
Very close to station where it's just 6 minutes to terminal 2-3 and about 10 to terminal 1. (Check train schedule though as they don't run continuously.) I prefer Narita City to an airport hotel in the middle of nowhere as it's a small town with at least something to see or do.
The property provides shuttle bus to Narita airport, so it’s convenient to customers. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The most important thing is there is a Lawson store in the hotel. If you want to buy some drinks or snacks, you can buy at the store.
The Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is spacious and well appointed. The dining room offers both an a la carte or buffet style dining experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Staying at this hotel was the perfect way to end our holiday in Japan.
The location is close to Narita Airport and they have a free shuttle. I had an early morning flight so I chose to stay here for a day. The breakfast in the hotel was good and the room was quite comfortable and well equipped.
This is our 2nd stay at Narita U-City Hotel. I chose this hotel because of its convenient proximity to JR Narita Station. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to/from Narita International Airport.
The Hotel is directly next to the Keisei train station, with regular connections to Narita Airport (15 minutes) and Tokyo's Uena station. The room was small, but okay for a lower-rate business hotel.
Near to the airport with free bus.
Room with free wifi, tv and bathroom with cosmetics.
Family market with products in good prices in hotel.
You can use free bus to Narita city center also.
Dinner was a gourmet exploration of delicious dishes, breakfast was also a gourmet treat. The hotel's close proximity to the Narita Airport is an additional plus, taxi fare was 4800 yen.
