Very friendly and polite staff, the breakfast of the hotel is excellent especially when compared to the total price of the room rate. Location is king, it’s take 10 mins from airport by keisei line and 10 mins walk to a very nice street walk that you can enjoy local style dinner. This hotel made perfect stay for us, we arrived Narita around 15:30 and had plan to Sendai next morning so we decided to stay in this hotel instead of going far to Tokyo. On the day we left hotel, we rent a car at toyota rent a car which 3 mins walk from the hotel, super convenient. Would definitely come here again.
