Very comfortable and soft beds. Common area has an atmosphere that encourages socialization but it is not a party hostel. It just made it easy to meet and talk to other travellers. Can store bag for a couple hours before and after stay but is in the common area with no security. Area felt very safe to walk around as a solo female traveler.
