Villa Rossa is a lovely two-story house close to Pisa. On the ground floor are a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, a bbq area with pizza oven, and 1 family bathroom with a shower. There is 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and direct access to the outside area. On the first floor are 1 large double bedroom with fireplace and ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and access to an open 'mezzanine' with double bed and A/C, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to an open 'mezzanine' with double bed and A/C. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. If Gas for heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot based on consumption.
