The host (Leonardo) is absolutely phenomenal. One of the kindest people we've met. He helped us in a tough situation, for which we're very grateful. The house itself is placed in an exceptional place, with amazing view of the sea & the coast. I think it's one of the best spots around Taormina. It's very clean. It's equipped with everything necessary. There are friendly cats walking around, but they never enter the house so it's not a problem for people with allergy.

Fabulous views. Privacy and secure. Parking in property. Everything needed was available. Confortable and everything in proper order and working. The owner Leonardo helped us immensely, not just prior to arrive giving us tips about other cities and places in Sicily, from sightseeing to shopping. While there he was most helpful in securing a visit to a veterinarian for our dog who got sick. He was most kind, extremely generous, helpful. Would come back for sure!

A perfect place to enjoy piece and quiet with amazing views over the ionian sea while having the pitoresque Taormina only a short walk (and a cablecar ride) away. Not only that Taormina boasts wih significant history. Also the propery does. While staying here you literally dwell in the history of Taormina and Sicily itself. The host is the kindest person we ever met on our trips. We are very grateful for meeting him and he is really special person. This is how vacation must have felt before the world got too busy. Standard evaluation criteria would not do justice to this uniqe property. If you chose this property, you chose to live in a walk-in museum. Of course you don’t expect things to be new or modern. But this only adds authenticity and the charm of this unique place.

We were astonished that such a quiet property exists in a crowded area and is available to "normal people". The house is located in a kind of tropical garden on a hill. The next house is some 100 m away, as well hidden in the forest ... there are only 4 such houses on the entire peninsula. The terrace (and the rooms) are almost vertically some 60 meters above the sea level. A small private road leads from the bustling city from almost sea level to the house. Nobody else but the guests and the owner (who lives in another of the mentioned 4 houses) use the road. Sunrises over the Ionian Sea are spectacular seen from the terrace, or from the roof terrace, or from the bed,
