it is a good location within walking distance of most of San remo. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very courteous. There is parking and for us that's important since it was a driving tour of Europe. The room was large and a view.

Surrounded by tranquil, lush greenery, the hotel was once the house of a nobleman. Today, it has been sympathetically renovated and carefully restored. Many of the building’s striking original features remain, including ceiling frescoes and real wood floors. The comfortable accommodations is equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities you need to enjoy a restful, restorative break, including telephones and televisions.
