Villa Fonte Tartaruga (the Turtle’s Spring) is on a hill in Trevignano Romano at ten minutes from the shore and town. The house includes a full comfort semi-detached holiday apartment with an independent entrance, a furnished patio, BBQ and hammock. It is located in an entirely fenced 2.5 hectares property. Free private parking and WIFI are available on site. With a breathtaking view on the lake and neighboring hills, this independent bright and airy apartment comes with a living/dining area, a flat screen television, a barbecue and a kitchen complete with oven, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and fireplace. The towels and bed linen are provided for free. You will find a bottle of wine in your welcome basket. Fiumicino airport is 36 mi away, Rome is 31 mi away, Lake Martignano is 6.8 mi away, and Anguillara Sabazia train station is 9.3 mi away.
On one level with easy access on a country lane, the house is surrounded by green hillside with a panoramic view on the lake and the olive grove. The rooms are bright and airy, with door windows and mosquito nets. The apartment is cozy, furnished with care and fully equipped. An ideal setting for a romantic weekend, working holiday, or family vacation. You will witness amazing sunsets simply sitting under the patio at “aperitivo” time. A perfect destination for nature lovers. Your experience and the quality of your stay matter!
The house is 45 minutes from Rome, with many interesting things to do (sailing clubs, canoe, golf, horse riding, tennis, etc.) and places to visit in the neighborhood, among others the wonders of the Tuscia and the Mediterranean beaches at 30 minutes or so from home.
