Our room was very basic, but we weren’t in it much so it was fine. Excellent breakfast buffet. The walking instructions said it was 10 minutes from the station. It was closer to 20 and uphill with stairs, but doable for anyone who is reasonably fit. The instructions didn’t mention the elevator…..but DEFINITELY spend the euro/person and take the elevator from beside the church and avoid the last stretch of stairs. Great view when you get up there.
