The Kitchen is equipped with an Induction Cooking, a Mini Frigo Bar and a Microwave Oven. Furthermore, there's a comfortable table that can be extended to accommodate up to 6 people. Inside, you will also find an entertainment TV, during your lunches or dinners. The lighting is quite clear and cold light!!! The Bedroom / Living Room is composed of a Double Bed, a Wardrobe with two doors, two Bedside tables near to the Bed, 2 wall-mounted Abat Jours, with color and light intensity adjustment, using the supplied Remote Control. The Living Room is composed of a very comfortable Sofa single Bed Sofa and a half, a Work Desk and a 55" Smart TV about latest generation. The lighting is quite present and in natural light, they have also been installed in roof two LED bars to change the color and light intensity to your liking!!! The Bathroom consists of a very large Shower Cubicle, a Washbasin, a Toilet, a Bidet, various accessories and a Washing Machine if you need!!!

My name is Sandro and together my wife Loredana we decided to build an apartment that can accommodate anyone who chooses to stay in the city of Syracuse, in Sicily. For sure we believe in our project, because we've the assurance that Syracuse is an essential stop for all those who decide to visit the city, as an example of art and beauty. History and culture are equally important, without forgetting the typical local products, landscapes, nature and specially the sea. We are always available for any info before a possible booking of the apartment and possibly also during the accommodation of our guests on site!!!

The apartment is located in a strategic area of the city, all the attractions to visit are very nearby even on foot. The Borgata area is located near some places particularly suitable for tourists and not only. Very nearby there's in particular: Ortigia Island, Duomo Cathedral, the Port and the Marina, "Madonna Delle Lacrime" Sanctuary, Greek Theater, Paolo Orsi Archaeological Museum, etc... The area is fairly well equipped with Food Services, Bars, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Pubs. You can safely walk on foot to reach any type of service, even to look for any means of transport.
