The Captain Apt. is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the private port Sirmione2 and from the Brema Beach where a nice front lake view bar and grill restaurant is located. The Brema Beach Bar is fully equipped of sun beds , paddle boats , volley court , and a huge free public garden to chill out. A little "gem" for evening relaxation after the day of the Captains on the lake !!! The Captain Apt. also offers a private garden on exclusive use for breakfast or dinner outdoors! The accomodation is cozy and confortable , it offers an orientable 42'' Smart Tv internet connected in the living room , high speed internet Wi-Fi connection that easly allows Smart working , Air conditioning , a washing machine and clothes airer. We also provide bed linen and a set of 3 towels( small , medium , large) for each guest. On the summer season we supply free of charge a couple of sun beds to use in the private garden. Just outside the accomodation there is an external public parking lot you can get for free.

Very quiet residential area close to Garda Lake . A few steps away there is the Private Port for boats and motorboats named Sirmione2, and 300 meters away there is The Brema Beach in which a nice front lake view bar and grill restaurant is located. In the range of 500 meters from accomodation all facilities as Restaurants , Pubs , Pizza Restaurants , Ice Cream Shops , NewsPaper retail shop , Tobacco shop , Chemistry and Supermarkets are located. All Amusements parks same as Gardaland , Caneva Acqua Park , MovieLand , Zoo safari Park are easly reachable by car or Bus. Colombare di Sirmione is a strategic location 3 Kms away from Desenzano del Garda and 2 Kms away from Sirmione historical centre that it's comfortably reachable by a nice 20 minutes walk bordering the Lake.
