We absolutely loved the location, the property is surrounded by a beautiful park with lots of southern trees and vegetation (amazing eucalyptus, huge cactuses and alien looking aloe vera), and it was just around 5 minutes walking from the sea.
The house was well equipped, kitchen had all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and everything that we needed for cooking), the garden was very beautiful, outdoor space had multiple sun-beds, veranda chairs and outdoor bbq (with everything that was needed).
The master bedroom had its own air-conditioner.

The swimming pool and the size of the room. The kitchen was also OK, and there is a supermarket right in front. Also, the parking at the location was a positive thing, but it's not difficult to find parking in the surroundings. It's ok for visiting Valledoria, Castelsardo and the surrounding beaches. The hotel has a restaurant, so you can take dinner there if you want.
