Teresa’ helpfulness, the apartment’s location, its cleanliness, airconditioning, and interesting decor. A short walk from the tram stop; very clear instructions. The best was when she couldn’t book a taxi for the airport in early morning, she offered to drive us to the airport. Saved the day for us!
