Central design apartment with terrace overlooking the ruins of the castle of Taormina, ideal for a couple and a child. A design apartment published in hundreds of books and magazines around the world, with a beautiful terrace, located in the historic center! Enjoy a truly comfortable space designed down to the smallest detail. Welcome to Taormina. Welcome to space, it's luxury! An accommodation with a beautiful terrace of which many books and magazines from all over the world have written wonderful pages. There will also be a reason ... The house consists of a large single room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed that disappears at the push of an electric button, a bathroom with shower, a storage room with a washer-dryer, an exclusive rooftop terrace overlooking a beautiful rocky crest of Taormina with the remains of the Byzantine castle (formerly the seat of the ancient Greek acropolis). The camping cot is on request. You will experience the thrill of a holiday in an apartment published in international architecture magazines for minimalist design, the solutions adopted and the clear and superb language.
I like to offer Sicilian, with good taste. I'm an architect. I live and work in Messina. Question: can accommodate a family of 3 people one house of 35 square meters only? "Space is luxury" reads written under a raised bed that disappears into the ceiling, ready to give way to the activities of the day. The house is located a few meters from the main road. The neighborhood is really rich in many tourist attractions. It is possible to swim in the nearby bay of Mazzarò without having to take the car and enjoy the gondola, a few hundred meters from the house, which leads directly to the most beautiful beach, in front of Isola Bella. The house is located about 500 meters from the bus terminal to and from the airport of Catania and near the tourist bus stops to visit Sicily. Public and private parking can be reached on foot. In Taormina, the car is not necessary: ​​all the most interesting places are easily reachable on foot and Space is Luxury enjoys an excellent barycentric position.
