Super adorable studio with all necessary equipment. The host, Mr Sartore, was very attentive, polite and welcoming. I really appreciated his wonderful ‘San Remo’ highlights and useful information pack/ emails, it was also a bonus that he spoke French. The location of the appartement is wonderfully convenient- 10mins walk into the centre and a lovely 30mins stroll (or option to hire bikes along the way) to the sandy beach at Tre Ponti. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will be sure to book again upon our next return to San Remo. Merci beaucoup!

The location is perfect. It is close to the beach, shopping streets, supermarket and lots of restaurants, yet really quiet in the apartment. It also has a washing machine, which is perfect for light packing.

Very nice studio. It has everything that I needed, including a washing machine, which was necessary because I was travelling around for a week and needed a wash. The owner was nice. Easy check-in. Good location, close to the train station.

My family and I were incredibly lucky to stay at Rinaldo's cozy apartment. The location is top - in the center of the city and near the beautiful promenade and the public beach. The cleanliness and facilities were impeccable, and the owner Rinaldo impressed us with his warm hospitality and care, giving us a lot of interesting and useful information. Our stay left us with many pleasant memories of the romance of Sanremo and the warm attitude of the hosts. We would love to come back to them again. Asen & family.

Small studio, but had everything we needed.. kitchen, aircon, etc… The best host I’ve ever had in my 43 years on this planet… The host came with us to show us where to park our car for free… then gave us a mini tour of the town, then invited us for a glass of wine and nibbles in the local bar !!!! Incredible !!!

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Una mansarda in un palazzo d’epoca che presenta ancora l’aspetto originale. Il locale è comodo e fornito di tutto anche di ció che, solitamente, non trovi: zucchero, caffé…acqua e bevande di benvenuto nel frigorifero. Tutto perfettamente pulito. Perfetto per raggiungere il centro o il mare in pochi minuti a piedi. Ma la vera “scoperta” sono i proprietari. Il Signor Rinaldo e la Signora Giannetta, con la loro dolcezza, entrano nel cuore. Non ci si sente ospiti ma familiari in visita. Sono gentili, disponibili, danno utili consigli, sono aperti al dialogo, sono…ció che ci porteremo di più bello con noi da Sanremo. Grazie!

Учитывая, что хозяин Ronaldo живёт в этом же доме. Ключи было получить при заселении без проблем. Настолько приветливого хозяина я ещё не видела. Так создать комфорт и уют в номере. В номере есть стиральная машина, утюг, фен, полотенца, вся необходимая посуда на кухне. Кровать очень удобная, спать отлично. Настолько было приятно прибывать в этом номере и видя какой внимательный и хороший владелец апартаментов Ronaldo. Что ради этого хочется ещё раз вернуться в Сан-Ремо.🤗 Вокзал, супермаркет 24/7, пляж и центральная улица пассаж всё рядом. Советую!!!
