Gentilezza, cortesia e premura del proprietario. Vicinanza ai monumenti di interesse, a minimarket,farmacie e negozi, in pieno centro ma con facile accesso a parcheggio non a pagamento appena fuori dalle mura della città. Monolocale munito di ogni accessorio e comodità, dalla lavatrice al microonde, al frigorifero. C'è anche l'aria condizionata che non abbiamo acceso e una bella tv moderna (non usata perché siamo stati sempre in giro). Con piacevole sorpresa abbiam notato anche la presenza di stendino, ferro da stiro, aspirapolvere, antizanzare per piastrine, ventilatore.
