THE LIVING ROOM, which represents the heart of the house, is a real pearl. It has a dining table with five chairs, where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner. The queen-size sleeper sofa features comfortable pillows and a memory foam mattress, quilt or duvet, cotton linens, and premium towels. In the living room there is a 40” Full HD TV and a comfortable wardrobe. THE ROOM consists of a comfortable king-size double bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, quilt or duvet, cotton sheets, high-quality towels and a wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases. It is independent and enjoys excellent privacy. THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas hob, a set of pans, cutlery, glasses, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. Under the sink you will find all the cleaning products for the house if you need them. THE BATHROOM, with a skylight window, is complete with all services: toilet, bidet, comfortable walk-in shower, sink with mirror, washing machine, hairdryer and soap dispenser.

GUEST ACCESS The house is located in Vicolo Venanzi n° 12/A, in the heart of Assisi (ZTL area). Upon their arrival, guests will access the accommodation via smartphone, through self check-in with a virtual key. On the day of your arrival, we will provide you with all the useful information to access the house via email and chat. The closest parking is the "Saba Giovanni Paolo II" a few minutes walk from the house. Alternatively, near "Porta San Giacomo", you can find the "Municipal Parking", a few more minutes on foot from the accommodation. To get to the accommodation you need to walk up some stairs: be patient and enjoy the walk! OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 23°C for all types of buildings. Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 21°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation. Assisi Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from 22 October to 7 April. DISTRICT DESCRIPTION The accommodation is located in the heart of the city, 150 meters from the Basilica of San Francesco and 600 meters from the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Sanctuary of the Disrobing of Carlo Acutis. The main streets of the city are easily reachable on foot, where it is possible to find bars, restaurants, shops, markets and ATMs.
