An elegant building located just 100 mt far from the beach and near the city centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, but in a quite area, due to its location it is a comfortable and convenient solution. The apartments, with a new and modern furniture, are equipped with: electric blinds, security door, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, large fridge with freezer, SAT-TV, filter coffee machine, hair dryer, air conditioning. Lift. 1 numbered parking place (at about 800 Mt. far away, no minibus). “Light WI-FI access (no streaming no download) on request (not included in the price)”. Nearest beach offices: n°2 and n°3. Bedlinen included in the price. Towels NOT included in the price. PETS NOT ALLOWED
